  • Create reservations and purchase requisition products, and materials on the RTBS SAP system
  • Make a purchase schedule of materials, and equipment required for the mining everyday activity and control
  • Cooperate with buyers of Oyu-Tolgoi company and connect them to end users
  • Inform the end-users about the date of receipt of the inventory and provide the required information
  • To register and report on revenues and expenses of Personal Protective Equipment on the Quick Book financial program
  • Submitting a list of inventories, hand over project results from another cross shift, hand over product materials to end-users
  • Check the materials required for the mining site and make sure the materials are delivered according to the plan
  • Train new staff
  • Planning the material required for the mining and submitting it into the I logistic system
  • Examine the delivery date of the completed inventory to the mining site
  • Access to suppliers if required
  • Prepare pre-plan, use plan and actual consumption reports of the ground supports, ventilation materials, and service materials and collaborate them with relevant teams
  • Ordering to the Batch plant and controlling the transportation of the materials
