- Oversee all operations for Moorhead Youth Hockey out of the Cullen Hockey Center and Moorhead Sports Center
- Perform maintenance on all arena and building equipment such as ice resurfacers, ice plant machinery, general heating and air conditioning units, dehumidifiers, etc.
- Schedule all private ice rentals and conduct billing
- Schedule all events for Moorhead Youth Hockey Association
- Work closely with Moorhead High School and Concordia College men's and women's hockey teams regarding ice times and other needs
- Oversee employee shift scheduling and conduct training of new employees
- Provide monthly written and verbal reports to Moorhead Youth Hockey Association's board of directors
