Abdella is a development specialist from Ethiopia who graduated from Haramaya and Jimma Universities with bachelor's degrees in agricultural economics and a diploma in general agriculture, respectively. He has worked for CARE Ethiopia; SNSF and Haraghe Catholic Relief Service for 25 years as a Lead Community Facilitator, Facilitator for Empowerment, WCB-TA Community Facilitator, Commodity Distributor, and SILC Supervisor. Abdella is renowned for his active participation in projects including market-based development, food security, DRR and CCA and livelihoods at the designated levels. He has made above-and-beyond contributions to his job and responsibilities. In this regard, CARE Ethiopia has recognized him and given him accolades for his commitment to successful initiatives.
