  • The job completely revolved around customer service and teamwork. I worked in the drive-up department, responsible for delivering customers' groceries in a timely manner. We worked as a team, gathering orders together correctly and on time. Another aspect of the job was known as the service desk. This role mostly consisted of aiding customers' returns, whether it was due to a defective product or an uninformed purchase, and answering any questions a customer may have had.
