• Mifepristone for Missed Abortions: Developed guideline that established in clinic dispensing of mifepristone for early pregnancy loss management, improving access to evidence-based miscarriage care
• Outpatient Cervical Ripening: Implemented guideline on placement of cervical ripening balloon in the clinic setting with discharge home before day of induction
• Perinatal Loss Committee: Multidisciplinary group focused on organization wide guideline and resources on how to manage early pregnancy loss and support those who have experienced perinatal loss
• "Certified Midwives in Minnesota": Presented at the Advanced Practice Clinician quarterly meeting at Olmsted Medical Center focused on new legislation of CMs and implication on healthcare systems
