Our team completed the tasks on the expansion project of the coal slurry dewatering plant, ensuring the reliable operation of the Allen Bradley PLC ladder diagram, writing ladder logic for the newly installed electrical and precision measurement equipment, collecting data, and programming.
As part of an idea I initiated, our team installed a new radar sensor in the product stacking area, wrote ladder logic to acquire the analog signal in the PLC, displayed the value in Citect SCADA, and developed SCADA control for the automatic switching of the stacking crane.
We implemented the control of the clean water pumping station using a pressure sensor and VSD. Additionally, I successfully created new equipment in Citect SCADA and performed the deployment.
I review the daily tasks according to the developed procedures and complete them in the sequence of SLAM and JHA.

I was responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, and maintenance of electrical equipment used in the dairy and dairy product processing plant.
I completed the installation of the connection for the control panel of precision measurement devices and the configuration of equipment for the "New Milk Reception" automation project in collaboration with the Italian company SOREN.
I studied the connections of the analog and digital modules of the Siemens PLC used in the factory and made the connections for a new project. Additionally, I read the manuals for the related precision measurement equipment, configured, and connected them.
I designed simple spare parts as 3D models using SolidWorks and printed them with a 3D printer for replacement in the factory. Although small, this process was a cost-effective solution for replacing expensive spare parts.
