
Recent Cell and Molecular Biology graduate with a minor in Psychology and hands-on experience in both laboratory and direct support settings. Through my academic coursework, I developed skills in molecular biology techniques including PCR, aseptic technique, cell culture, DNA analysis, scientific research, data collection, and technical writing. My education also strengthened my critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
As a Direct Support Professional, I gained experience providing client-centered care, supporting individuals with disabilities, promoting independence, assisting with daily living activities, documenting client progress, and collaborating with families and care teams. These experiences strengthened my empathy, adaptability, patience, crisis management, and interpersonal communication skills. I am highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality support and service.
