1) Leader of a process improvement program for dementia patients. This was a grant led program from Empira to assist patients with medication reduction for behavior expressions.
2) Charge nurse for the rehab/hospice unit.
Nursing skills include venipuncture’s, PICC line management, tube feeding management and
monitoring, Foley catheters, wound vac's, dialysis patients monitoring, efficient medication pass,
dressing changes, provider order processing, family education, and other duties.
