I have participated Young Professionals Fellowship program runs by The National Committee on U.S.-China Relations in 2024. The program, funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, is a capacity-building project for professionals in the non-governmental sector. I took a part in pre-departure and post-arrival orientation programs, a five-week fellowship at a Washington Women's Fund at Seattle, United States, and a wrap-up and evaluation session. I have learned their core practices in gender mainstreaming activity in local engagement for target communities in Seattle.
