Solely responsible for day to day operations at the shop and making sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face. Collaborating directly with technicians to ensure each and every customer's need are met. Continuous self-improvement and client satisfaction is my top priority.

• Specialized in Car and Marine audio installation and sales . Responsibilities include working in fast paced environment, troubleshooting, product knowledge and support, helping customers design systems relevant to their needs and following through with installing said systems from start to finish, maintaining general functions in and around the shop all while providing customers with a fun and positive experience.

• Works with clients to tailor print and web ads to meet their individual needs and specifications.
• Spends a lot of time in and out of the office speaking to clients in person, over the phone, email, etc.

• Responsible for not only machine tear down and setups, but also ensures that a quality product is put out not only in a safe but efficient manner and that operations flow smoothly within the Gulp Molding area.

• Responsible for the operation of injection molding machines in the Gulp! Molding area and putting out a quality product while following strict safety procedures.

• Was responsible for the day to day operations which included all prep, customer service, and management of employees at both the Spirit Lake, IA and Spencer, IA locations.
