I was nominated by my Administrator in 2019 as a CNA and selected by the LeadingAge board to receive this award. I was then brought to LeadingAge in Minneapolis and walked across a stage in front of more than 1,000 spectators. I was handed this award by the Ecumen CEO and recognized in numerous newspaper/webpage articles.
