As a cross-trained crew member at Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, I shine on both hotline and coldline, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food preparation. Being cross-trained shows that I am flexible and a fast learner. I can work at any position needed and I am a team player, always willing to help others to get the job done. My hotline responsibilities include cooking and assembling menu items like steakburgers, hot dogs, and fries, maintaining speed and accuracy while following food safety and quality standards. On coldline, I make custard treats like sundaes, shakes, and custard dishes, focusing on accuracy, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

In addition, I also am a crew member trainer. Training new team members by providing hands-on experience, demonstrating proper techniques, and fostering a collaborative work environment. I work closely with the supervisors to report back on training progress, what we can do to help the new team members improve, and creating schedules where we would have the strongest team each night. With my role I have the ability to work efficiently across multiple stations and lead by example.
