This position was a call center specifically used as a resource for bankers with questions or in need of more in depth resolutions for for issues and/or processes above what they were capable of at their branch.
From time to time there was a customer that got through and they were assisted as best as wee could while also being advised to stop in at their nearest bank to take care of what needs they had.
