Execute weekly mine plans by close cooperation of the team workers and other departments, and perform the works safely and timely.

Execute daily planned blast drilling works safely and with high quality as well train other operators.

Executed the soil fixing – the most important part of mining cycle – at high quality level adjusting to the rock conditions and following the technical instructions and drawings. I executed the soil fixing works with high productivity in my shift, therefore, the management highly evaluated my performances and awarded several times. I also prepared operators to work on this equipment, who are successfully working in the mine soil fixing team today.

I was responsible for the ventilation in the mine, gas under pressure, assembling and operation of the water system and used to execute the works by using various manual tools and devices.

Execute monthly mine plans and giving instructions provided by condition working safely for the team workers and supervisors .

Fulfill management mine plans and tasks on time, manage and organize the team works.
