• To review various contracts executed within daily operations of the Company and provide advice on resolving disagreements and prepare contract drafts if necessary;

The Gobi Framework: Medication Model for Sustainable Infrastructure Development Project supported by the School of Geography and Environment, the University of Oxford.

A complete guideline and procedure for how to conduct Social Impact Assessment (SIA) in mining projects was developed and handed over to the Cabinet Secretariat of Mongolia.

• Initiated/created new proposal ideas and make them into complete concept notes and full project proposals by the WVIM's strategic objectives;
• Engaged with a high and medium level of government officials to brainstorm/consult proposal ideas as well as efficient program implementation;
• Led and participated in WVIM's grant-making strategy and overall program implementation;
• Led and supported other team members on the overall proposal development cycle and project implementation processes through agreed/given M&E indicators.

• ­Prepared and checked legal documents of the Company, including labor contracts between employees and the Company, and developed and prepared various reports and surveys;
• Conducted legal review and assessment reports on various projects of the Company, etc;
• Provided daily administrative support for employees of the Company.

• Encouraged the formation of community/herder groups on 14 project target sites and 45 active herder groups were formed;
• Designed and developed related training materials, handouts, and conducted skill training, and facilitated local and national workshops and seminars;
• Co-operated with relevant state officials of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and its local branches, relevant ministries, and agencies, aimag, soum level state officials in target sites;
• Improved community preparedness through development of public outreach programs and educational materials on disaster risks and safety measures;
• Thanks to the preparedness, herders in the target sites did not lose their animals during the 2009-2010 Dzud disaster.
