Key Experience & Achievements

· Successfully manage daily operations of an inpatient mental health unit, with multiple years of leadership experience overseeing the DayBridge Partial Hospitalization Program and the Regions Hospital Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

· Developed and implemented a 12‑patient Intensive Outpatient Program on-site at Regions Hospital in 2018, expanding access to care and supporting continuity of treatment for patients requiring a higher level of outpatient services.

· Created and currently facilitate multiple enterprise‑wide workgroups focused on process improvement and care standardization related to suicide prevention and restraint utilization across the HealthPartners organization.

· Led the implementation of the Minnesota Hospital Association Suicide Prevention Roadmap at Regions Hospital, including co‑chairing a quarterly suicide and self‑harm event review workgroup to evaluate incidents and drive process improvements.

· Led multiple quality improvement projects related to restraint utilization and suicide risk identification, and prevention including operationalizing documentation and process improvement in both areas.

· Served as a department champion for daily safety calls and bed meetings within Mental Health Services, optimizing Nurse Manager support to the Administrative Nursing Supervisor by addressing barriers, reducing delays, and improving patient placement and flow.

· Actively supported and advanced patient care quality and safety through ongoing Joint Commission (TJC) preparedness efforts, ensuring compliance with both inpatient and Behavioral Health standards.
