Summary

Overall I really have enjoyed my time at Allianz and was able to try a few different things.

1.3 in the simplicity POD, dialing out on MIAs and helping Sarah with anything she needed

RGO Sprint for 3 months helping dial out for RGO and activate producers (#1 in dials on the desk during that time)

Level II in Magellan, started 5/1/2023. Working through the Newly Contracted Process and working with Advisors 0-2Million. Nolan Stokes and Galen Bargerstock were contracted in February, already at 6M in submit YTD. Jacob Serfas at 1.8M YTD. Grew 21 advisors in 2023 from Grow to Retain. Running webinars with product enhancements and backing the book when Colton was out. Learned Colton and Tasha's process on making sure we are in standards with our infiltration report and helped book and uncover opportunities for Tasha while she was on the road. Was able to visit Great Waters Financial to talk on our new accumulation products and see what in-person visits look like. Magellan was well above plan all of last year and was the 2nd FMO in submit in April 2024 only behind the Revolution. We are currently sitting at 131% to plan.
