Accomplishments

Performance based upon metrics are solid with audit scores above 95% allowing for quarterly audits. Continued great feedback from care teams, including sr leadership. SPARK completion while juggling a roster with much movement and fluctuation. Training support/audits provided to new IKCAs as well as continued support as an IKCA Buddy. Development and training for daily workflow tracking for our new or struggling IKCAs. Helped create a workflow tracker in Excel for new hires/struggling teammates.
