Carly Goodmanson

I started in gymnastics at age 8 at the Roseville Gymnastics Gym. After a year, I switched to Spirit Gymnastics where I entered the Xcel Program. I stayed for 2 years. When Covid shut everything down, Spirit couldn't open back up because they were located at a school (Hamline University). That was when I switched to the Midwest Xcel program. I was coached by Monique and Sean at the Platinum level. I ended up leaving gymnastics and pursued Volleyball and Hockey. I still love gymnastics and would love to help others enjoy the sport as I did.
