I work as a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, where I help people from all kinds of backgrounds rent trucks, trailers, and storage units. I help them fill out and sign rental agreements, answer phone calls and emails, and make reservations online. I also help move trucks and trailers around the city when needed.
