Assist in the daily care of patients in all areas of the clinic setting. Assist with rapid responses, along with emergent patients in the clinic setting. Settings include: triage, care coordination, cardiology stress testing, urology, podiatry, same day surgery, express care, protime, allergy, bladder cancer treatment, dermatology, ENT, refills.
Deliver treatment during life-threatening incidents, administer crucial medications, direct staff, and coordinate with physicians and nursing teams to enhance clinical operations. Supervise student nurses and deliver training to ensure comprehensive understanding of ER procedures and protocols. Perform initial assessments of patients with the most serious illnesses and injuries, including those involved in road traffic collisions.
Charge nurse overseeing the emergency department on the overnight shift when management is not available.

Develop a plan of care for patients in the home setting. Evaluate the progress of each patient toward their individual goals. Provide patient education, treatment, and emotional support to help these individuals recover from injuries and illnesses. Coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals. Coordinate patient medications between the pharmacists and doctor to ensure that patients properly manage precise dosages.
