  • I returned to Superior HHS and accepted a position as their operations supervisor where I worked as supervisor for 3 years before accepting a promotion for Operations Manager Jan 2023
  • As a supervisor I continued to have a case load and work with clients as described below in addition to providing onboarding, training, supervision, and coordination of Superior coordinators and case aides
  • I provide case consultation, review all documentation to ensure that documentation and practices are compliant with DHS guidelines and that our performance standards are met
  • I also organize staff meetings and team building events to keep a good team rapport within the company
  • I have also completed the trainings for 245D and Housing Stabilization Services to roll out the HSS and ILS programs within the company
  • As Operations Manager I am managing all operations and processes of the company as described above with the addition now to include marketing, payroll, benefits, billing, compliance, trainings, recertifications and any addition duties communicated by the CEO
