- I returned to Superior HHS and accepted a position as their operations supervisor where I worked as supervisor for 3 years before accepting a promotion for Operations Manager Jan 2023
- As a supervisor I continued to have a case load and work with clients as described below in addition to providing onboarding, training, supervision, and coordination of Superior coordinators and case aides
- I provide case consultation, review all documentation to ensure that documentation and practices are compliant with DHS guidelines and that our performance standards are met
