• Supervised 10-15 high risk juvenile gang members in coordination with community resources. This included supervising Extended Jurisdiction Juveniles with stayed adult sentences.

• Coordinated weekly field checks with St. Paul Police Officers
• Attended the monthly caseload review meeting with Ramsey County Community Corrections Administrators, St. Paul Police Commanders, Minnesota Gang Strike Force, Ramsey County Sheriff's Department, and Hmong American Partnership.

• I am responsible for providing intensive supervision for high risk parolees in the community. ISR Agent's have weekly contact standards and required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• ISR agent's job duties also include: case management, risk assessments, violation reports, coordinating community agencies, family contacts, and designating appropriate programming and therapy.
