The Decent Work for Youth Network (DWYN), established in 2018 with support from the International Labour Organization (ILO), promotes decent work and labor rights for young people in Mongolia. The network comprises 17 governmental and non-governmental organizations, aiming to enhance cooperation and public-private partnerships in youth development and employment.
As a Board Member and Coordinator, I contributed to campaigns that raised awareness among over 500,000 youth (aged 18-35) about their fundamental labor rights in the context of Mongolia's revised Labour Law. In collaboration with YOUTHinc, I helped execute awareness-raising initiatives and training focused on labor rights, utilizing both digital platforms and in-person training sessions.
