Completed an update to the City of Blaine’s Emergency Operations Plan; implemented a new City Continuity of Operations Plan; implemented a new citywide emergency notification system. Commended for exceptional response to two water outages in March 2017. Planned and executed the public safety plan (including state and federal agencies) for the 3M Open Professional Golf Tournament and many large scale concerts (Zac-Brown Band, KTIS concerts etc.).
