  • Response to monitor and impact overall compliance with all Client requirements as well as USPS rules and regulations governing mail preparation and presentment.
  • Responsible for the financial success of the operating centers across the U.S. This position will serve to coordinate and communicate data trends which if not corrected would lead to substantial monetary fines leveled all Operating Centers. This position is responsible to validate the accuracy of the data against Operational data and determine if assessments levied can be appealed and reversed. Failure to do so could result in multi-million dollar losses in USPS assessments and/or postage overpayments.

  • This position has the responsibility to understand and resolve complicated USPS issues using a combination of data, operational experience, and USPS rules and regulations. Responsible for strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with strong attention to detail and accuracy This position must analyze the Scorecard for data quality issues and submit incident reports/tickets to USPS personnel for review and possible use in the appeal of fines levied. This position is responsible for analyzing changes to USPS thresholds to determine potential financial impact to the company.

This position will serve as a resource to Client Services and National Account teams to assist them in communications and education of our Clients of issues that may impact them financially or from a compliance perspective.   • Acted as the primary contact with USPS Business Mailer Support (BMS) and will track and present issues effecting Operations. This position must be highly knowledge of USPS preparation rules for First and Standard Class Letter, Flats and Parcels and will work with local operations staff to coordinate changes in mailing agreements and Operating Center profiles to support new products or services offered by Presort. This position supports the onsite reviews and audits by USPS BMS staff and will work to resolve local USPS related issues with USPS BMS and local management.
  • Responsible to stay current on USPS prepration changes or rules for all products previously listed. To support this activity this position will participate in USPS workgroups through MTAC and Industry Organizations and to identify and communicate potential changes that may impact Presort Services. This position recommends and works with operational staff to modify or initiate new procedures based upon current or future USPS rules or process changes.
  • This position serves as the primary contact to investagate and assist company legal to resolve any USPS or Operational issues. This includes internal and external data breaches. Additional this position will serve as a subject matter experts for PBPS, Clients and other PB divisions. Responsible to lead EVS (parcel) initiative fro compliance standpoint. Provide monthly accruals to the financial departments. This includes any assessments, appeals and refunds.
