Providing maintenance by traveling to multiple residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to basic plumbing, basic electrical, drywall work, painting, remodels, commercial build- outs, residential new construction framing and finishing and basic grounds upkeep. Some long distance travel to participate in out of town projects.

Managed the day to day operations of a new home construction Co. Performing plumbing, electrical and finish work that was not contracted out. Worked with sub- contractors to complete projects on schedule, within budget while adhering to all safety standards.

Assist with projects related to residential new home construction. Duties included but were not limited to framing, sheetrocking and cabinet hanging.

Assist the Head Mechanic in the repair and maintenance of commercial elevators.

CNC and manual machining of a variety of parts to meet the clients requests.

CNC and manual machining of parts for military contracts and other various client contracts.
