- Premier Medical Manufacturing in Keeping with ISO Standards. Standard Work includes using Reliance, Initiating Non Conformance Reports, Leading Corrective and Preventive Action teams. As a medical manufacturer we maintained and used various Reporting Metrics and tools such as Trackers, Review and Retrain records and Quality audits.
- Using various cell boards and a main Value stream board our KPI's indicate areas of opportunities for Improvement using 8 step problem solving Skills. The delivery metric was a measure of No product, No Labor, Machine Issues and not scheduled.
- Our Cost Metrics are a measure of Machine output goals that are along with Delivery part of a quarterly Goal setting Program.
- Through Standard Work I monitored various Metrics Such as Associate Overall Efficiency performance regularly to identify and resolve productivity concerns.
- Participated in and hosted kaizen Events to Improve processes for Delivery, Safety and Minimizing Cost. e.g. I once played a vital role in mapping out a value stream process for a product family that we could not get On Time to Stock. We Introduced 3 Heijunka stations that sent signals to each other for level loading.
- Through Partnership with teams I initiated and led at least 3 Continuous Improvement Projects that netted close to $200,000 in Savings.
