  • In partnership with the Board of Education, created Strategic Directions that guide the Rockford Area Schools operations and instructional frameworks
  • Established the annual District Operational Plan (DOP)
  • Successfully passed a ten-year operating levy (2025)
  • Successfully passed a ten-year capital improvement project levy (2025)
  • Through collaboration with the Board of Education, increased the Rockford Area Schools fund balance from 8% to 21% (pre-levy)
