I started as an agent in Washington National after taking a break from the automotive industry. I excelled in premium sales and won rookie of the year in 2024. I was promoted to a District Manager. I manage my assigned region, recruit, train, and maintain my sales team. My
main role here is recruiting and sales training. I am responsible for finding eligible recruits, training them and
spending 2-4 weeks riding along with new agents. During those ride along sessions, I train them in
presentations/closing techniques, how to work our lead software, and utilizing time management. I am also a
personal producer selling policies as well. I run a team of 4 currently with 2 more recruits in recruitment stage
now.
I was responsible for recruiting and training finance managers at my store Corwin Dodge. Building
relationships with lenders and making sure CITs are handled quickly. I preloaded deals for my team and help them
maximize each backend. We were running over 2800 per copy from 1100. I myself had multiple
months over 150k+ months with my time there as well. I have was also given the task of desking and closing deals
given my experience on the desk and closing abilites.
My first opportunity as a finance manager. I was promoted from sales and was trained by JMA via Corwin.
I was responsible for interviewing customers after the car deal was closed, ensuring they got the best financing available and
offering protections past the point of sale. I was also responsible for making sure loan stipulations were met so the customers loan would be funded in a timely matter. I transferred stores after breaking the Corwin Auto Gross record for F&I. I was promoted to a Finance Director.
After a quick 3 month successful stint in sales, I was promoted to internet sales manager. I managed the internet sales team of 10 sales people. I was responsible for distributing leads fairly and making
sure they were followed up on properly and professionally. I required my team to contact a lead no less than 3x a
day via text email and phone call. My last month as manager we as a team ended with a 27% closing percentage.
