Elizabeth Lange

I teach beginner horseback riding lessons and educational lessons to kids aged 7-13. I help take care of 30 horses and lead activities to groups of around 12 kids. I work from the beginning of June to the end of August.

• Developed engaging programs to enhance participant interaction and enjoyment in equestrian activities.
• Monitored camper behavior, addressing conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Supervised daily operations for outdoor activities, ensuring safety and compliance with YMCA guidelines.
• Coordinated logistics for horse care, including feeding schedules and equipment maintenance.

I helped set up and take down the climbing wall each shift. I belayed climbers and helped with events.

• Instructed climbers on safety protocols and proper techniques to enhance climbing skills.
• Assisted with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members.
