Pre Inspections to AS9102 Rev C for various MIL STD, J STD, NASA and full understanding of aerospace FAI's. Senior level understanding of material certifications, drawing interpretation, GD&T, and measuring equipment. Including electrical specifications for time durations, voltage, Ohms, Resistance, Inductance, and surge/ hipot testing.

Full training and documentation of measuring equipment for a group of 80 plus employees.

Responsible for locating, setting up, understanding what 3rd party source inspectors need to be successful at material and part qualification, route upgrades, and 100% through put or either military and or NASA products. Including but not limited to the MARS land rover landing systems, and space station conversion of hydrogen into h20 components.
