- Contributing to clinical trials in endocrinology, focusing on obesity medicine, regional lipolysis, and effects of different hormones such as insulin, niacin, and somatostatin. Recently, we started our project on weight loss.
- Starting from taking the patient's consent, examining them, and drawing blood samples, ABGs, transferring them to the IR department for hepatic and femoral lines, making sure that pumps and infusion lines are working accurately, doing a fat biopsy, and collecting the data, proper documentation and keep the records.
- Collaborating with interventional radiologists, research coordinators, and procedural nurses for effective study execution.
