I am a doctor who have ten years of work experience in primary, second, third health care and Mongolian private health insurance sector.
Regarding my volunteer job, I have co-founded two non-government organization:
1. Mongolian Health Development and Reform Association is founded in 2014 and we organized many functions which is headed improvement of unity, cooperation and networking of Mongolian health sector such as "Health reform and development forum”, “The sports festival of Mongolian Health sector 2015, 2018”, Dear Doctors, thank you” event, “Health is most important 2014, 2015, 2016” hiking event, „‟Welcome, to Mongolian health sector!” etc.
2. "Women In Medicine" is founded in 2020 due to Lean In - women in medicine circle. We are planning to solve women inequality on work field especially administrative part, activate women's empowerment and networking in Mongolian health sector
