• Provide expert nursing care for oncology patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood products, supportive therapies, and other infusion treatments.
• Serve as charge nurse for a high-volume oncology infusion center, supervising approximately 15 nurses and support staff during daily operations.
• Coordinate and oversee care delivery for 75 to 90 patients per day, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
