As a warehouse laborer, I spent my day fulfilling orders, folding apparel, unboxing and restocking items. This was seasonal employment only. I kept multiple orders organized at once, and made sure all were shipped for timely delivery. I enjoyed the teamwork atmosphere, but most of all, the independence to work at my own pace . This allowed me to work ahead whenever possible.

While working as a cashier at the grocery store, I learned a lot about customer service. I became more outgoing and learned how to assist customers with many requests, and was responsible for handling money. I am an attentive person and am willing to learn new things. Good listening skills were important for this position, especially when resolving problems, and I am able to stay very calm in situations where customers may have been unhappy.
