• Manage and monitor internal and external theft investigations, apprehensions and recoveries

• Case building with other CSSs (across district boundaries) to track & identify repeat offenders and ORC groups.

• Coordinate Law Enforcement Partnership Meetings (LEPM) to discuss best practices and solutions for retail crime.
• Partner with the store, law enforcement, and community leaders to facilitate store community events (i.e., Coffee with Cops, Law Enforcement Meet & Greet, etc.)
• Train store staff on strategies and best practices to use against habitual offenders.
• Attend court, speak to prosecutors, and take notes during the absence of the ALTO staff attorney.
