I am 17 years old, looking to have a career in Nursing or Medical School. I am on A-Honor Roll at my School, Irondale High School New Brighton. My biggest motivation in life is my future. I recently received my Emergency Medical Responder Certification in November through Spring Lake Park Highschool Opportunities in Emergency Care. I have my CNA certification I earned through Anoka Ramsey Community College in Spring of 2024. I have been BLS and Stop the Bleed Certified twice, and I have plenty of work experience as a CNA, and volunteer experience in medical settings and I am eager to obtain more. I am a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant with proven expertise in emergency response and compassionate dementia care, honed at Crestview Nursing Home and through significant volunteer work. I am skilled in obtaining vital signs, medication & oxygen administraion, and fostering strong patient relationships. I am able to enhance patient satisfaction and safety through innovative care strategies and effective communication. I have demonstrated efficiency in managing patient records, Documentation and collaborating with healthcare teams.
