Inpheng (Joe) Rohana

Oversees multiple production (Printing Industry) lines, from printing prototypes/printing files, color matching, transfer from paper to fabric, laser cutting, cut size files, first article/on frame with photos taken, sewing with different beads and depth requirements, test fitting on frames, flop fold/roll on cores with or without foams, poly tubes or without poly tubes, with or without labels. Visual inspections, prior to deliver to the next operations, which could be our own internal packaging area, or to Kitting Incoming, the Assembly area, fulfillment or to Front desk.

Review and approve periodic timesheets for temps or 12-15 of our hourly full time employees. Order temps for a peak time of production. Annual performance reviews, plus as needed one on one meeting for attendance or performance meetings. Conduct a daily Tier 1/Tier 2 meeting with the team, peers and managers. Work with cross functional groups, such as shipping/dispatch, account managers, copy center, and sales. Response to urgent requests, and ICAM as needed.
