Working in a restaurant tests your patience and your calmness very often. Working at Rack Shack BBQ for 2 years has taught me to adequately conduct myself in a busy environment. I can handle stressful situations very well after my time at Rack Shack. If there is a task that needs to be completed, I will do it.
As a 'flex' I have multiple jobs I need to be adequate at performing.
• Cashier - needs good social skills, and ability to handle money.
• Line Cook - Food safety, communication skills, and speed.
• Dishwashing
• Catering - requires much preparation.
