- This was strictly a summer job
- We were given directions to different fields each day and then put into groups of four people
- Our group would go to each location, drive our four wheelers through the fields collecting samples from specific spots
- Once we had all our samples collected, labeled, and proper paperwork completed, we would then move to the next field on our list
- Some days we would travel up to three hours to get to our location
- If we were unable to work in the fields due to rain, we would work at the shop cleaning our sampling equipment along with making any necessary repairs
