Traveled to various assisted living facilities and memory care units in Southern Minnesota facing staff shortages, providing essential support in diverse environments. Able to quickly adapt to new processes and management styles, leveraging a wide range of skills to ensure quality care. Responsibilities include maintaining patient safety (HIPAA compliance), assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), transfers, conducting tests, recording vital signs, and more.
