With my past job experiences, I am no stranger to hard work. I have worked with a lot of different groups of people and have excelled in all areas of my jobs; I am very good at team and individual work. Having my certification in Personal Training, I know the basics and then some when it comes to training and nutrition.
We would find old fuel oil tanks either underground or in people's houses and remove them. I would have to dig holes, cut copper lines, and make sure we had all of the tools and equipment that we needed. I would help the guy running the machines so he wouldn't have to get out in case something was in the hole or connect the chains, and I would make sure he didn't hit anything while digging. I also would have to clean the tanks once we got them back to the shop, and then after they were clean, I would bring them to the scrapyard.
I helped the more experienced plumbers with cutting and gluing pipe, making sure we had all of the tools we needed and was in charge of one of the work vans which I drove. Once I improved my abilities, I got to start working on my own, installing faucets, toilets, and shower heads while also putting in all of the piping for houses. I also sometimes replace toilets, shower heads, and faucets at clients' homes.
