I've seen quite a bit over my years at Buff n' Glo, and learned plenty. I have also absorbed a lot of knowledge from my first year of college, and plan to have much more experience as I finish my last year of school. I've made mistakes and always learned what needs to be done differently so I won't make the same mistake twice. I've concluded that Buff n' Glo, despite being a great place to work, is a place I've mastered and I am ready to move on to garner more skills for my automotive career. I'll add that I have thick skin and I encourage my fellow employees and managers to identify to me areas I fall short so I can better myself and my work.
