I am an experienced research assistant at the University of Minnesota with heaps of clinical research experience. I'm skilled at running adolescent-focused intervention programs, collecting and analyzing data, and have successfully contributed my talents to my research team for the entirety of my college career. Since my Freshman year here at the U of M, I have been focused on long-term projects with underrepresented youth, enhancing participant engagement as well as fostering collaboration through effective training and frequent presentations. I have a deep passion for the advancement of mental health research and a drive to bring my skills to whatever opportunity awaits me.
As a member of the RAD lab, I assist in planning large research projects (often long-term, day camp-style projects with underrepresented youth), recruiting participants, conducting participant interviews, administering tests, training new lab members, data collection, data analysis, exploratory literature reviews for my PI, and a weekly "book club" within the lab where we share interesting research.
