  • June 19, 2019: Started my career with Lyman on 2nd Shift Pre-finish. Employee of the month twice in my first year; learned all 9 skills within 18 Months.
  • March 2021 – February 2022: accepted into and graduated from the First Emerging Leadership program; have served on the “Safety, Employee Engagement, and Future State Committees”.
  • April 2022 – March 2025: Was asked to move to the Operations Become 2nd Shift Operations Lead. I have learned all 9 skills on the Operations side.
  • March 2025 – Present: Promoted to the role of Pre-Finish Coordinator where I assist the Pre-finish Team with Daily Planning, Inventory Control, and other duties to ensure Pre-Finish’s Success; while also acting as a Back up Logistic Coordinator, taking over when the First Shift Team leaves for the evening to ensure a successful to close to each day.
