Hitchdoc does not have enough for me to do full time so we folded Pain Free I.T. solutions into Hitchdoc. Accounting is now handled by the Hitchdoc accounting team. They pay me a full-time salary and the external income I bring in from my other business clients helps offset my full-time salary.
After Ideas Computers closed I took on a majority of their business clients. Performed the same duties as a network administrator with Ideas Computers with the additional workload of handling the accounting.
Work with a team of five people to administrate large business and sister company networks. Administration includes servers, VMware/Hyper-V firewalls, VPN, switches, and more. Answer incoming emails, calls, and greet customers who come into the store. Provide training to end users. Create clear and thorough network documentation for other technicians to follow. Travel on site to audit customer networks. Create proposals to improve and upgrade the network components. Oversee and maintain the managed services platform. Act as interim web developer until a new developer can be hired.

Create and assign tickets for end users that call, email, or come into the store. Provide sales support for customers that call or come into the store front. Resolve issues on home user PCs that are checked into the store. On-site calls to home users and small businesses for basic computer and networking issues. Clearly document all labor performed.
