Worked mostly as a commercial carpenter, along with some high end residential properties, both new and remodel, from roughly spring 1996-2011.
I successfully ran my own business for over 7 years, and have seldom missed a deadline on a project.
I have always felt I thrive off the pressure of a tight schedule, and accept problems on a job site as something to overcome, not something to stop you.

Served 1989-1993, USMC
Spent most of my enlistment overseas, serving in an infantry unit.
I was quickly promoted to Corporal, and held the position as acting platoon sergeant at the end.
While enlisted, I spent a good part of my off hours taking college correspondent classes, and completed my schooling upon discharge.
Honorably discharged at the rank of corporal, E4.
