• Assist offenders in their daily educational needs and provide classroom coverage or assistance as needed
• Conduct CASAS/TABE/GED/Accuplacer/NSDL testing
• Provide direct supervision for offenders who are involved in the Can-do-Canine program

• Participate in hat reviews, PRTs, and various other discipled reviews at CIP as needed
• Electronic data entry of testing scores, informational record tracking, and spreadsheet maintenance for student records
• Skilled in teaching and conducting classroom educational experiences with designing and delivering various oral presentations in secured environment
• Role model appropriate social skills, critical thinking skills, and other life skills classes as needed
• Maintain accurate record keeping including attendance, COMS data, and SID the Department of Education database
• Identify potential problems and issues within educational department and determine appropriate solutions for department success
• Experience in delivering educational group classes to correctional clients at both the Challenge Incarceration Program/boot camp environment and MCF-ML
• Follow all agency policies, state statutes, and statewide policies will support the vision, mission, values, goals and initiatives of the DOC

• Supervision of thirty sailors in the maintenance and repair of Sonar and Torpedo equipment
• Created and supervised job tasks and work rotations for Naval Sailors
• Responsible for Sonar Dome, Sonar Equipment, Torpedo Tube and Torpedo Rooms, Hellfire Missiles and various sonar spaces
• Instructor for Torpedo facility. Instructed 300+ adult students on various Naval requirements. Developed, designed, and delivered oral presentations for such topics.
• Instructor for rebuilding various systems. Instructed 500+ adult students on various Naval requirements
