I have always believed strongly in "it's just the way we have always done it" as being the worst words in business. I like thinking outside the box and trying new things while using analytics and data to track progress(i love my spreadsheets!). As a leader, i believe in positive reenforcement and getting to the core of each individual to what will bring out the best in them. Also i like to lead by example, i would never ask anyone to do anything i wouldn't do myself. You have to get people to respect you and your vision to get them to buy in and believe that the groups success is their success. Finally i take pride in my work ethic. I don't know how people can just sit around , it makes minutes feel like hours!!
